With the exception of families requesting à la carte background checks only.

$400 placement fee + $500 success fee

• Follow-up phone call to check in with your nanny after three months

Includes everything in the Basic Service, plus:

• Top-of-waitlist placement for new or replacement matches
• Ongoing monthly check-ins with your family and nanny
• Discounted hourly rate for additional coaching and support
• Expert guidance for long-term success and navigating transitions
• A detailed agreement template covering expectations, responsibilities, and terms (updated annually)

For families who need occasional or one-time care for a date night, backup coverage, or a special event.

Includes:

• Intake call to understand your family’s needs
• Personalized match with a fully screened sitter (including a full background check through Checkr)
• Email introduction and coordination with your sitter

Already found a nanny but want to verify their background? Comprehensive checks offered through Checkr, including:

• County Criminal Search (7 years)
• Employment & Education Verification

Pricing varies based on verification locations

• Standard Check: $175
• Extended Check (out-of-state or high-fee counties): Starting at $225
